Read MoreSir Anril P. Tiatco is an academic and a dramaturg in the Philippines. He earned his PhD in Theatre Studies from the National University of Singapore. He was a research scholar at the Research Institute for Cosmopolitan Cultures in the University of Manchester (2012 – 2013). His academic essays and performance criticisms appeared in Asian Theatre Journal, TDR: The Drama Review, JATI: Journal of Southeast Asian Studies, Philippine Humanities Review, Humanities Diliman, Social Science Diliman, Kritika Kultura, Modern Drama and Journal of Homosexuality. Tiatco is an associate professor of theatre arts at the University of the Philippines (UP) Department of Speech Communication and Theatre Arts.
