Changes to Our Community Areas
Dear Catster and Dogster community members,
Thank you for your patience as we go through the process of upgrading your forum and community space on the Catster and Dogster websites. We’re happy to announce that a new platform has been chosen and the transition will begin in the next week. We expect the process to take about a month and the new community pages to be active later this summer.
With our log-in procedure not working, a frequent question we continue to receive is how to access existing pet profile pages. Here are instructions to find your pet page and save your pet page. You can search for and save your pet profiles even when you are logged out.
Finally, as we get closer to the launch of the new community pages, we’ll be looking for some members to test its features and give us feedback. If you are interested in helping us upgrade the Catster and Dogster communities, please send an email to either castermag@gmail.com or dogstermagazine@gmail.com and use “Beta Tester” in the subject line.
